Q1. I'm trying to run a job, but the run button is all grey! or Jobs says it is suspended; what should I do?
In Thrivestack, do a right-click and click on refresh. If the button is all grayed out or the job is in a suspended state, check the top bar for the Status tab in the Jobs section on the blinking Ready to Activate button.
For best practices, check if the job is still on schedule; otherwise, head over to Schedule tab and click on Create Schedule
