How to Use
Use this monitor to quickly answer 3 questions:
- Did my client's jobs run?
- If not, which jobs are the issue?
- What should I check next?
1) Start at the Client Overview
When you open the page, you will see a list of clients with color-coded cards.
- Red = At least one job for that client has currently failed.
- Yellow = Jobs are successful, but one or more jobs are marked as not synced that mean that data is not in Big Query.
- Green = Jobs are successful and in sync.
Each client card shows:
- Successful job count
- Failed job count
Click a client card to drill into that client’s jobs.
2) Review Jobs for a Client
After clicking a client, you will see all jobs for that client.
- Jobs are sorted with failed jobs first, then successful jobs.
- Within each group, jobs are sorted by most recent Last Ran time.
Each job card shows:
- Job name and owner
- Last Ran time
- Next Scheduled Run time
- TOTAL operations
- EXECUTED operations
- Status badge (Success or Failed)
Card colors follow the same health logic:
- Red = job failed
- Yellow = job successful but not synced
- Green = job successful and in sync
Click View → on a job to open operation-level detail.
3) Check Operations
At operation level, you can see task/operation details, service, last log text, and status per row.
Use this view when you need to understand why a job failed.
4) Use Filters to Find Issues Faster
Use Show Filters to narrow results by:
- Job name search
- Client
- Owner
Use Clear All Filters to reset.
5) Quick Workflow (Recommended)
- Start with red clients.
- Open the client and focus on failed jobs at the top.
- Open the job and check operations/logs.
- Then review yellow clients for potential sync gaps.
Tip: The Last updated time at the top tells you when this page data was last refreshed.
